Failure to unblock a handset

I’m very disappointed with Cell C. I lost a phone and blocked it and I happen to recover it again and I asked Cell C to unblock my handset only for them to give me the run arounds. They would call and I would give them all the relevant information only for them to say they will call back and never do. This happened 3 times and my handset is still not unblocked. The consultants name is Londi. She is very ***********. May they unlock my phone so I can look for another service provider!
