Failure to repay ********** debiting of my account

I cancelled my Cell C contract on 29/12/2015 due to emigration and made the cancellation payment of R5529.71. I received confirmation my contract was cancelled via sms and I was a prepaid customer. On the 29/02/2016 I was again debited without my consent with an amount of R4899.13.<br> <br> After 9 days of trying to get Cell C to pay back the money I have still not seen a cent. Cell C say they created an EFT note to pay back an amount of R4 735.11, which is curiously not the amount they debited from my account and which they promised to pay back to me.<br> <br> Can someone please explain how this is possible? I have spoken to two people at Cell C to try and sort this out and they are full of empty promises!
