Failure to remove former Autopage contract from Experian

<p>My husband had an account with Autopage (No: ***). That account has been CANCELLED a long time ago. Autpage transferred that Account to Cell C (Cell C Smart 500 MB) despite the fact that it was cancelled. In applying for a bond, the bank pulled up an Experian report stating that he currently pays montly instalments on this account. This is clearly outdated information which is affecting our affordability in getting our bond approved. Autopage will not assist and is simply passing the buck to Cell C. Can someone at Cell C please assist in removing this information from Experian and sending me something in writing to confirm that this has been done before I take the legal route. The problem is the account is listed in the name of Autopage, Companies cannot keep accounts on our names that do not exist! I will leave my husband's ID below.</p>
