Failure to reinstate my own number back to me

I have requested that Cell C give my 'number for life' back to me after they issued my number to another person even after I have paid them in FULL with additional R2000 for conversion to talk time and data on a pay as you go sim card. Cell C has issued my number to another person subsequent to my payments and even though I paid almost R2000 additional, they never contacted me to resolve the issue. My payment was made on 06 08 2020 and I have sent them the first follow up email not long there after. I have had no call from Legal or Cell C since then till 07 08 2021. This is more than a year! On this above mentioned call that took place on the 07 08 2021, a security check was done and they refused to update me on the progress as I am not the owner of the number, and this is my exact issue, the number belongs to me!

I have a case number since June 2021 with a promise of feedback within 7-14 days. Needless to say, its been months!

Reviewer Update
Kindly note the date and time and when the first complaint was sent.
I received around 4 or 5 attempts to call me from cell C, but when I answer, they drop the call. Doing what they can to avoid me it would seem.
I have even given them an alternative number as well that they can reach me on 'JUST IN CASE' they cant get through to me. There was not one single call from Cell C to the alternative number.

Here's the worst. My first complaint was to get my number back as a lady had it. She no longer has this number any more, it has been given to another person! Cell C does not want you happen, they will go out of their way to displease you. Cell C keeps on giving my number to other people and not back to me. They still owe me R2000 odd rand that they are running away with too. I demand Cell C contact me as I have had enough and will take this further!
