Failure to rectify and exploitation of consumers.

In December 2025 I placed an order with Cell C. for a WiFi Router.They delivered an incorrect order a Sim Card. I informed them immediately about the incorrect delivery but they refused to collect the SIM card and the local Branch refused to accept the sealed SIM Card. I also cancelled the order but now Cell C is harrassing me telephonically and with monthly emailed statements demanding a R2000 plus. On top of this my credit record is negatively impacted and I am now also unjustly blacklisted.
