Failure to provide settlement letter
I settled my contract with Cell-C about three years ago. I notified Cell C of the termination a month before the contract expired. All payments have been made. However they listed me on credit bureau since the contract came to an end. Contacted the Call Centre and they confirmed my account has been fully settled. I requested the settlement letter countless times so I can update my credit profile with Credit Bureau. To this day I haven't received the letter and my credit profile continues to worsen.

18 Mar 2021, 11:03I got assistance from Thabisile Ngcobo. The lady was so professional and quick. Still disappointed by Cell C however that the matter had to be raised with Hello Peter to be resolved.
