Failure to deliver

I'm still waiting for my query to be resolved but til today, last time they called me I spoke to Nonhlanhla Kubheka, she said I mst go to the cellc outlet and by 4 simcards since I had 4 numbers of which they deleted and told me that I mst ask the peemrson who will be assisting me to Rica the simcards after tht person must send the email to creditquiries so that they can do simsawp for all my numbers and she Saif d the process can take up to48 hours for me to get my numbers back but til today it was on the 9 February 2022 when I went to cellc outlet in Alberton. I have made numerous follow up I even spoke to their social media they keep in saying they will be in touch but nothing can you please assist me getting my numbers back
