Failure to close Account

I last cancelled my contract with you guys last year. Paid the full amount to cancel but it’s still showing as the account is not closed on my credit score. When I go in store you tell me you’ll send an sms confirming it’s closed, it’s been almost a month. What’s so hard about closing an account ? I’m never doing Haines with you guys again.
