Failure To Cancel Contract
In Feb 2016 I cancelled my contract with cell c and paid the full outstanding amount which included the final invoice for February. End of March my account was debited and I reversed the money through my bank and again on the 15th March my account was debited and I reversed the money. Please close the account as I don't owe you anything.
