Failure to assist with query

I purchased a Samsung S4 from Cell C Balito in October 2013. On the 5th day I had a problem with the battery and the phone was heating up. They said its normal for that to happen. When I sent it in for repairs in January 2014 they repaired it however it was still problematic. I sent it in for repairs again around March/ April that year however the staff at Cell C Balito did not send my phone in for repairs. I found out about this when I had queried the status of my phone a week later since I did not receive feedback on this. I took my phone back from Cell C and ever since I am sitting with a phone that does not work.
