Failure after failure

I dont know how many more times do I have to take my query to social media. I have countless emails trying to following up on my query but no response. And yes, I do see that Cell C tries to call me but I am busy all day and cannot be on the phone, whyyyy can you not respond to any of my 100 emails?

You guys were meant to cancel a contract of mine based on my last Hello Peter post where my banking details were not updated by you,it was then when I asked for it to be cancelled. You guys are still billing me for a contract I shouldn't be billed for. To top it off, I requested your consultants go back and investigate and still no feedback. I have been having endless issues with you since 2021. Every single time we interact, it's a failure. I want the one contract cancelled eff end Jan(when it was supposed to end) and I do not want you asking me for the money for these months please. Can you just have the decency to investigate, sort and out and give me feedback to any one of the 100 emails I have sent ?? I hope this is not too much to ask for.
