failing to provide paid up latter

called cell c last week Monday requesting a settlement latter. paid on Tuesday , send them proof of payment on Wednesday. Nomsa Sithole rep**** saying that they have received my payment and has forward my request to legal and they will contact me within 2 business day. when i called this morning i spoke to a lady called Nomfundo she gave me a new email address to send proof of payment saying that she has nothing on her side, i did that it was 8:30 after an hour i called and spoke to Thando who told me that she will send the proof of payment to finance for allocations of founds. i have had to many stories from different people i just want a paid latter before end of business today
