Failing to get the paid up letter from Cell C...
I'm Makomeng Nyakane.. Since last week I've been waiting for a paid up letter but yesterday 2025 October 01 when I enquire about it that I haven't received it I was told that the information that I have given doesn't match with the one they have on the system but when making a settlement I was not asked anything... Was talking to Thenjiwe Mnguni @ 15:20... I'm stuck I can't do anything without that letter... Truly speaking I'm very disappointed... I have to prepare a child for a matric dance..

The only things I'm using is the cell phones... I haven't benefited on the data and airtime... I have one contract... Makomeng Nyakane Using Absa bank.. *** 082 my ID number.. Debit on the 15th of each month
