Failing to credit what they took

I pay in advance for my cell phone and wifi account ,they then debited twice in one month due to that ,which is fine ,but since November 2022 i have been trying for them to credit the second payment to my account yo this day i just get promises but nothing happens ,i have now spoken to 7 consultant all promises it will be done but nothing changes .cell C will frustrate u
