Failing to assist

Today I called Cell-C to load any network minutes and I was told that I paid manually hence I will not be assisted. I asked to be transferred to GetMore 24/7 to cancel my GetMore services and I was told someone will contact me on the 25th to assist me with cancellation, your guys are crazy – I called twice last year trying to cancel and up until today no one assisted me. You better cancel the GetMore service immediately and you better load me with anytime minutes immediately because I do not owe you anything.
