Failed verification questions
I have been with Cell C for years and now i have a problem with my card, they just cant help me. I have not used my card for months and it got damaged somehow. Because i have a allocated work phone and sim, i did not use it. I wanted to do a simswop and there reply was that i did not pass the sercurity questions. I have several times. I mean who will know certain information months ago. They aslo dont tell me which question was incorrect.
So I depend on the card to be swop as I have application that send otp and if I cant access it, I cant change any contact information
This is really pathetic Cell c
