Failed to respond

Last week Saturday I've wrote a complaint and hellopeter respond on Monday the 16th of November stating that thapelo Eugene mokoape will be in contact with me. Thapelo left me an email stating that he was trying to contact me asking of me an alternative phone number I left him over 4 to 5 emails with an alternative number and he never responded to my email mails so that tells me that he doesmt have any intrest on contacting me.Once again cell c will force me to take drastic measures to terminate my contract with them and share my story to the media of I'm not help within 2 -3 days.I'm highly upset and furious with the network provider of my contract and a lack of response.I feel I will never re******d this network provider to any person of they continue to ignore my complaint.Today is the 23th of November and still haven't received a response.If there will be a person in contact with me contact me on the following number ***.....the *** number is unavailable at the moment I repeat please do contact me on *** that we can resolve this problem ASAP
