Failed to refund me R6800 over a Month
Cell c sucks...ihsvr been calling and sending proof of payment since 1 April 2022...i haven't gotten my refund of R6888 till to date.....i call everyday and i am told different stories i have 2 case numbers i have also send several emails to Cell C

02 May 2022, 12:43When will you do your investigation and get back to me because everytime when i call and they all promise to get back but never did...it over a month now waiting for my money i can't even pay my other Cell c account that is due which is also suspended by Cell c i just can't wait to close all my account with Cell c....i need my money
