failed to help clients

I have a contract for data with cellc. For a while it has been working well even though I am using vodacom router. But now it stopped working and shows that it is connected with the reception but on the status, it is disconnected. So I went to the store for assistance but they failed me. I live far from the store, so I was very much unhappy with their care for customers. Now i am continuing paying for something Im not using.
