Failed to assist with simswap.
Disgusting lack of customer service. Cell C in Sandton even worse ever. I have been using Cell C for so many years now I lost my simcards when I get to cell C Sandton this guy just told me I've failed when I ask why he told me simcards doesn't belong to me the is a registered ID which start with 1939 Im so surprised cos it's not the first time I'm doing sim swap with Cell C how come my now it's registered with an old person. This guy said I bought da simcards as Indians shops he can't do anything. That simcard I bought it a Jet store with a new phone and not so long I did sim swap how come now it's showing someone else I need to know and I need my number back I need to know what happened as well train your consultants not to treat us as thresh
I need feedback as soon as possible now I can do anything I'm stuck becouse or you Cell C
