Failed by cell c

My phone was ****** last week Thursday and I was sent necessary documents to fill. The consultant told me that they have sent some department an e-mail and they will get back to me on Monday, I'm still waiting for their response and am struggling to get hold of them now it's been a week without a phone and nobody cares all they know is to debit my money but do not deliver..I am really starting to hate cell c this is the second time I complain about them n I think I should cancel my contract because they don't give a Damon about their clients...why am I even paying for insurance if I'm gonna struggle when I need help I actually hate cell c......*** is the number I use should you care to call
