Failed arrangement!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>My account went into arrears due to Cell C debiting my account too early! tje following month the balance was way too steep and I contacted them to make an arrangement which logged into their system and confirmed with me on the phone! This morning I woke up to an empty bank account! No crèche fees have been paid yet! No rent has been paid yet! No food, no transport to and from wor**** I made arrangements with them, what are arrangements for if you are going to empty out my bank account???? This is unacceptable! I've been a loyal customer for years!!!!! Can someone please advise me on the way forward</p>
