fail to provide service
Phoned on Tuesday 2/3/2015 to do a sim swap. 4 calls later with bad attitudes sim swap was supposedly done. 48 hours later no record of sim swap was found. Data call center hasn't phone but I I did receive a referance number. Totally unexecptable
