F U CK ING TIRED OF CELL C

I am really FU*CKING tired of Cell C. I had a ********** account open in January i battled to get it closed,which was only done in March after i wrote on Hello Peter, i never got confirmation in writing that it was cancelled only got a call but now AGAIN that account is FU*CKING ACTIVE . How was it reactivated? I never signed anything with Cell C. Cell C cancel whatever account is in my name and cancel me from your records. This is really frustrating, my credit score is affected for no FU*CKING reason
