Thanks for cutting my line Cell C!!
Firstly the people in your "independent billing department", the people that does the debiting for you, *****ed me over. Not only did you people not assign the money I paid you to the correct contract, you people tell me I have insufficient funds in my account!
I went to 2 stores in Cape Town, the golden acre in Cape Town CBD, where I took both my contracts out, they told me that they can do nothing, called some other billing department and they said they tried debiting my account the 28th of Feb, when on my bank statement there was nothing! Then I got told to call billing myself and find out what's happening. I then went to Waterfront where I spoke to a manageress, who seemed to be doing something at the back in the room and passed me over to a consultant. She told me the same thing but added that I go ask my bank why they never let my debit go off????
How in heaven's name can it not go off if I never stopped the bank from taking money to pay for my phone and internet to be on?? Does this make sense?
In essence: - I paid my sim connection fee as the lady asked me to do when I was in store signing for it, a week later I paid it using my cell number for the sim in the router, instead of assigning it to my router they assigned it to my phone - I then get a debit of R159 for my phone because some idiot or the *****ed up system thought I'm paying my phone when I clearly had the router number on the reference section - On my bank statement Cell C says I have insufficient funds when I have money in my account to pay for both my cell phone and my router. - You people don't phone me to tell me that my debit never went off - You people send me one message, with 3 sub messages in it, one stating my account is in arrears and then the rest saying my line will be cut
Worst customer service ever, consultants don't get properly trained because they don't know how to answer me when I ask a simple question like, why did you guys cut my line if my bank statement proves that I have money to debit? I don't need a long story about going to my bank and getting a letter or a ****** note saying "we were online Mr Haricombe, the money should've came off that day" F that!
I'm now in arrears by R1100!!! I have my phone contract for over a year now, so how the hell can my debits F up?????
I hope that a regional manager or somebody that is smart can see tis and hopefully get this resolved because I feel like somebody somewhere *****ed up and is expecting me to pay when it should not have been my fault in the first place.
I refuse to pay the amount that's in arrears and I want my line activated. I'm writing this on the 13th of March, I will be going to Cell C Waterfront tonight and if I get no help like I did the last time I will take this further! There shouldn't even be a star to rate this **** service that you guys give people or me specifically!
Trying to turn this around and make it seem like it's someone else's fault is weak as a company and service provider. Hire people who kknow what they speaking about and maybe get better management in store as well!! That lady will see me tonight again.
