Extremly furstrating Cellc customer

Where i live is only a vodacom tower. When i phoned cellc my carrier services to explain i can't make phone calls or receive any.they said it is not their problem because i should phone vodacom and explain my problem. As soon as I want to make a call the phone says vodacom services not availible, all my data apps is ****ioning perfect except phone calls out and cannot receive. I then phoned vodacom regional office in Nelspruit and explained that i am not a vodacom customer and they tried to understand.Vodacom then said ithey will test the tower in skukuza, but never returned my call. Cellc as my service provider you need to solve your clients problem not me myself. This problem is continue since a month ago and nor vodacom or cellc knows how to solve this. I live in Skukuza knp. When i leave outside of the kruger nationsl park my phone is working perfectly i can phone. How is this possible that not one technician can come out. This is not me only as there is other cellc customers in Skukuza whith exacly the same issue and cellc do not want to except responsibbility for what is going on. This is extremely furstrating as my work depends on calls.
