Extremly Bad Service

Please what ever you do ,please don't do business with Cell C .I had a traumatic experience with Cell C ,my account was in arrears for 2 months I acknowledge that how ever I tried calling cell c on the 17/10/2018 to ask for the payment details to pay the account ,I got such bad service from the consultant and from the team leader who couldn't give me those details. I then called again on the 30th October 2018 to make payment arrangements to pay on the 31st October 2018 the details were given to me and on the 31st October 2018 morning around 7:30am I paid the account at Nedbank roodepoort ATM and sent through the proof of payment to ********** as I was told ,later that day around 12:00 noon I went to a cell C shop to do a swimswap because my simcards were lost .They did the swimswap for me and charged me R230 for the swimswap they told me the cards will activate after 24hrs. Come the following day I call cell c to let them know that my cards are still not activated only to find out that they said my two contracts were permanently deactivated ,on top of that the lady that was assisting me at the collections department was so rude he transferred without my permission back to the other department because she said I did not call collections to make payment arrangements I called a wrong department yesterday .I never experienced such rudeness from the cell C consultant .I am so glad they closed my accounts I will pay the rest of the contract and never ever will I consider them for any business I will also tell everyone that I know about Cell C .What a disgrace to think I just did an upgrade with them recently I will go to Vodacom .
