Extremely upset at cell c for allowing a ***** account to stay open and no communication!!

Can someone please get back to me???? I have called and emailed multiple times regarding this ***** account that is STILL open and it’s been a month with no response to me. I’ve been told last week the account has been closed and now I was told the account is still open! I want the account to be closed NOW! this is absolutely ridiculous and no one should be treated this way!
