EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED CELL C CUSTOMER THAT SIGNED UP FOR GET MORE REWARDS PROGRAM !!!!

Extremely unhappy customer. I wish I can cancel my contract immediately with Cell C. An agent phone me six months ago to sign me up for this Get More rewards program. Biggest mistake of my life !!!! I ask the Get More sales person if I could cancel the Get More subscription and he told me that I can cancel at any time. It is six months down the line and they are still deducting over a R100 from my account for this Get More program after I have cancelled it twice with them. I even cancelled the debit order with my bank but still deducting the money from my account after I have cancelled with my bank. I was also told that the subscription cost about R60 per month but they are deducting R100 per month so Cell C took me for one hell of a ride again. I was also told by Cell C that they are not able to cancel the subscription and that I have to get in touch with Get More to get it cancelled. Cell C is happy to take my money each and every month but telling me there is nothing they can do to cancel it and that it is my responsibility to get it cancelled with Get More. This find this response from Cell C extremely arrogant. Please do not sign up for Get More rewards program because you will be paying for it for the rest of your life and you will pay R100 extra and not the R60 extra that they are telling people. Please stay away from Get More!!!! They must change the name to GET BANKRUPT.
