EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

In March 2019 I received a call from NuDebt Management informing me that I have to pay a Cell C debt that I knew nothing about. When I asked for clarity of the matter, they have told me that cell C has handed me over to them so they can collect the money they claimed I owe, they told me it was for a cellphone contracts. I then told them that I know nothing about that. I went to Cell C store at Groblersdal Mall and they printed me a summary of account which indicated two contracts that were opened under my name and the store consultant advised me to contact Cell C for more clarity, of which I did and over the phone the consultant has advised me to go to the Police Station and make my statement in a form of affidavit and send it to them together with the copy of my ID, of which I did and it was on the 15th of March 2019 . After sending the documents I got an automatic respond with a case number and when I contacted them they had informed me that the matter is being investigated. Since then, I have not received any further communication from them until I tried to contact them recently and they just kept on transferring my call from one person to another. I then went back to the store at Groblersdal Mall and they called them, and after the call I was informed that the investigation is done and they have closed the accounts. So now I struggle to obtain credit when I make an application, I app**** for credit with Nedbank and it got declined because my name still appears to owe CellC. So, at Nedbabnk they requested that I submit a letter from Cell C confirming that indeed the matter has been resolved and that those accounts were **********ly opened under my name. And, Cell C is failing to provide me with that letter and they keep on informing me that the person who is supposed to assist me is not on her desk and they will get her to call me back, and I never get a callback. My things are falling behind because of the way Cell C has irresponsibly opened contract accounts for someone using my names, they failed to do a proper check when the contracts were opened and now I fail to get credit because of this. Should they have done proper verifications, none of this would have happend. I am not happy with Cell C, and I am extremely angry because of the way they are dragging their feet to help me,according to me, I regard Cell C as an inconsiderate company that is only looking to reach sales and does not care about how their unprofessional actions affect innocent people.
