Extremely rude and dishonnest

<p>Good day, I made my upgrade this moring. When I asked for the Samsung J5 in white. First they said the white one is out of stock. Then we phoned again to here when will it be in stock, the person put the phone down in my ear. I tried again and the new consultant was very rude and made it sound like my request was too much effort. And then he said Cell C does not have that phone in white only black and it will take a few months for them to get the white phones. BUT I saw the white model under Cell C at game stores. So if Cell C only has it in black why does game sell it under Cell C in white?</p>
