Extremely poor service rendered

I reported a ********** activity with Cell C in February 2020, I submitted all the documents that were required from me on the 27 February 2020. On the 28 February 2020 Judith Mtjalo acknowledged recipient of the email and was given a reference Number: ***; I was told that someone from ***** Department will contact me within 2 business days, that never happened.

Till this day (24 June 2020) Cell C has not closed the contract that *******ly obtained against my name and I am said to be in arrears for a contract I did not open.

My credit record is negatively affected by poor service from a service prover. I now have to suffer the consequences of someone that has not done their job.

Cell C has proven to be poor in rendering their services to their clients, I am deeply disappointed with the service I got and wouldn't recommend the service provider to anyone.

I am evaluating options of suing the service provuder for promoting *****, because i had given all the necessary documentation to prove my innocence and they have done nothing to rectify the situation.
