Extremely poor service from Cell C

BIG NO NO TO CELL C I have been a loyal customer at Cell C for more that 20 years, but I would never ever recommend this service provider to anyone! I have been upgrading since May 2022 and believe me, nothing yet! every time I get a call from a different consultant, I re-upgrade again, but nothing happens. Then I contact them, speak to a different consultant and the same thing happens over and over. I wonder: are we using the same calendar or is Cell C using some or other calendar from another planet? What happened to 5 to 7 working days? Or does it actually mean 5 to 7 working months? So pathetic! Bad service delivery and I will discourage anyone that wants to make use of Cell C as a service provider!
