Extremely poor service
On the 24 March 2024 I phone the cancelation department of Cell c As my contract is on it end as I do not want this contract anymore because of Cell C poor service.The consultant that assist insure me that the contract was canceled. TO MY SURPRISE ON THE 5 OF APRIL THEY INVOICE ME AGAIN R371 FOR THIS CONTRACT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELED. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM CELL C CONSULTANTS

16 Apr 2024, 11:20Today cell C again deducted R375 from my address that I cancel on the 23 th month of the contract. AS IT WAS NOT CANCELED BY THEM I PAID A FULL INSTALLMENT OF THE CONTRACT EVEN IF THE HANDSET PAYMENT END ON THE 24 MONTH .IT MEANS THEN I PAID FOR 5GB DATA R375 AS CELL C DID NOT CANCELED THIS CONTRACT AND EVEN IF THE HANDSET IS PAID UP.THIS IS HOW CELL C IS ROBBING THEIR CLIENTS
