Extremely Poor Service Cell C.
Extremely poor service from Cell C. I have been their customer for many years and paying an average of R300 on my data contract for around 4 years. I decided to upgrade and support Cell C as I never had any complaints with their service.
I decided to upgrade my data contract and was advised by the sales consultant that my new contract will on be around R370 a month. I confirmed this multiple time on the phone and received the new quote via email.
Again absolutely poor service and I was billed R1089 for Cell C's mistake. Trying to rectify over the phone and after numerous calls and tickets logged and waiting, still nothing has been done.
They billing me again R918 for their mistake.
Cell C, unhappy customer, paying for your mistake.

08 Jun 2021, 14:12I was contacted by Cell C's customer support. They advised that they investigate the matter and refund me for the two contracts that were loaded incorrectly loaded on my name, which was only to start at the end of May.
To date there has been no feedback and no refund.
