Extremely poor service by loyal customers

I'm so ****ed off @ this. I've been a cell c client for over 13 years and has been under administration for 5 years and recieved and renewed my contract every 2 years when it was due in the supporting the their company and out of the blue this company decides to change their policies to exclude us that has been loyal customers that we that is under administration. They recieve payment as per normal not through a third party but directly. This is a ****ed up situation that is going to be the downside of Cell C. Half the country is under administration due to the pandemic so what makes you guys superior by getting your full payment on time.
