Extremely Poor Service
At the beginning of December Cell C sent me an email stating that all future statements would be emailed in PDF Format. I have always received them as such and never had a problem opening them. However this time around I received an error and cannot open the pdf. I sent the error to Cell c and have now sent 3 emails enquiring where my statement is. Cell c have ignored every one of my email requests. I find their service disgusting and appauling to say the least. The problems are always ongoing when dealing with Cell C.
