Extremely poor service

I tried to cancel my cell c contract which expires at the end of the month. The reason for not upgrading was due to their network getting worse and worse.The lady tells me I need a months notice so I will be billed till April 7/4/2023. Then I ask her how much? She doesn't know?! Now I'm already highly annoyed. I tell her just cancel my contract and she responds with there being an apparent order on my nr for a contract upgrade which I never app**** for??? Now its turning into a circus, they will let me know the way forward after 48 hours. I demand she puts our conversation in writing on email and I want to speak to her line manager but to no avail! What are you playing at cell c??? Just cancel my contract, I walk away and that's it. Now you have another bad review to deal with!! This is pathetic service!!
