Extremely Poor Service
We cancelled a contract for months, until they finally confirmed with my wife it is cancelled, however we still now received a statement for a next deduction contract ended 05/10, last paid was 26/09 thus here is no more payment required. when calling they now all of sudden cannot verify my wife, even if the details is exactly the same as last time she called.
