Extremely Poor Service!!!!
I did an upgrade on the 15th December 2020 and till to date i have not received my upgrade device, called the follow up department but they cannot seem to help me.
However month end they debited a full subscription from my account and my contracted ended on the 9th of December.
I am extremely disappointed in the level of service i am getting.
