extremely pathetic cell c cell c my problem now in a great mess. Social media phoned on sunday morning. once again didnt listen to your consultant of 11 Feb.decided that yesterday my contract ended while taking either stop immediately or month end the system didnt allow and while talking the dataplan became prepaid the consultant said she will load my existing data on the prepaid. You are messing with clients. I booked for a webinar but couldnt attend as the data was taken.you really make matters worse now while we are using data to stay indoors. You just cost me money. Please sort out this mess.
