Extremely frustrating

Being trying to upgrade my contract for the last 2 months. I can honestly say that I have not experience anything remotely close to the way I have being treated and chased from person to person. This is a business contract and have being with them for 7+ years. Up to date I have not received any joy from this company. No one phones back.
