EXTREMELY frustrated

On the 6th of Feb a request was lodged to migrate me to your Infinity package for R999. I was told it takes 2 to 3 business days to finalise. A WEEK later I had received no feedback, so I phoned again. I was told that no request had been lodged, so it was lodged again. <br> On the 19th (note this is now 2 weeks later), I phoned again seeing as I still had not had any feedback. I was told that they can see the request lodged on the 6th (so suddenly the first request was showing again) and that the migration request was declined because \the customer does not spend more than R1000". I'm sorry"
