Extremely Dissappointed!!

<p>I declared a dispute with Cell C on the 15th February 2017 regarding a soft lock on the two contracts that I renewed during December 2016. Cell C only responded on the dispute after I wrote a review on Hallo Peter.</p> <p>I was promised a call back on the amount due after I payed what I thought what was due on the accounts. Now, the lines have been suspended because I paid less on the accounts. R20.99 and R4.99</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to one of the consultant on 2017/03/12 regarding the line suspension. I cannot pay the outstanding amount at a Cell C store, I need to pay it directly into Cell C bank account. I requested the amounts due for March 2017. To my dissappointment, I need to pay R1549 (R400 contract) on the one contract which I requested the soft lock on and R204 (R199) on the the other.</p> <p> </p> <p>This means that I have to go through the same process as the previous month to resolve this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>When will this be resolved to the satisfaction of the customer!!</p>
