Extremely Disgusted

I canceled a service with Cell C 4-5 months ago (get it) and was promised twice that it will be cancelled both times that I called the call centre and yet the beginning of this month my account was debited. I spoke to a manager Kabelo 2 months ago who ensured mte he would sort it out and investigate my refund for the other months and nothing happened..I am ****ed off at their service and non delivery to customers..my second query is that I did an upgrade early in August and got a free WiFi with 12 gigs data and guess what only one gig data is on the Sim so they are clearly *********** their customers. If I did not check the Sim then I would not have known that they are ripping me off. I am going to take this matter to the ombudsman and expose these cheats. They are a disgrace to say the least to mislead customers with hot deals that are **** and their empty promises. I want the whole world to know about their pathetic service so customers do not make business with them as they are cheating ppl out of their money by offering deals which is not a deal but a conning business..I will go through all media sites to expose these *******..extremely ****ed off...
