Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend Cell C

I am very upset with the service I received from Cell C. I had a 24-month contract, and when it ended, I received no communication whatsoever from them. I assumed, as most would, that the contract would naturally come to a close. To my shock, the debits continued the following month—and worse, my monthly premium increased from R330 to R749 without any notice.

When I called to inquire, I was told the increase was due to my contract ending and the 58% discount expiring. But if the contract has indeed ended, why am I still being billed at all—and at a much higher rate?

This experience has been frustrating and feels like a deliberate lack of transparency. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Cell C. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
