EXTREMELY disappointed with CELL C

One of my contracts is with Cell C and was due for an upgrade in July. The contract ended on 13 October 2020. According to Cell C there were two other contracts on my name that I have no knowledge of. I could not upgrade because these amounts were still owing to them. After numerous visits to the local Cell C shop in Westgate (Doris whom I have dealt with for many years) and endless phone calls to the call center (084145 and 084143), it is now the 8th of December and still nothing. During the last call to the call center I was told that the upgrade could be done and they will send me an SMS with my credit score within 24 hours but no later than three days. It is now more than a week ago and no message, no call, nothing!!! I would like them to take the other contracts that they say are against my name off my name and clear it, or prove to me where I signed for the contracts. Very disappointed with Cell C and will not recommend to anyone. BE WARNED THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
