Extremely disappointed in cellc

I have two contract with cellc . I've been struggling to cancel the contracts . They canceled the one and they are stating that the one is in areas I've sent all my proof of payments & I refuse to pay the extra that's outstanding. I've been put thru to different departments everyday .

They also stated that I don't need to cancel the contract I can just hand it over to someone else which company says that I mean that's a risk & also *******.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry in the service received by cellc .
