Extremely Disappointed

After having my Samsung S4 die on me for the last time, my husband and i thought we would have a look at the contracts Cell C have to offer. <br> <br> We have since proceeded with two of the LG G4 with Stylus contracts at R200pm and after all documentation was submitted and the phones were confirmed on Friday the 13th as having been released to the couriers, we have now been told that the order was held back as my husbands number is not RICA'd beneath his ID number. <br> <br> The only reason I went for the contract in the first place was because I expected I would get the phone by tomorrow at the latest. I have been driving around with no way to communicate on both a personal and business level and after pleading with the consultant that assisted us have now been told nothing can be done. <br> <br> I now have to wait for potentially 7 more working days before I receive anything and am bitterly disappointed in the service received. <br> <br> Perhaps it would have been worth spending more money with MTN or Vodacom simply for better service. Let's hope I don't breakdown or that no family emergencies occur as I will have no way of dealing with any of it thanks to Cell C.
