extremely disappointed
I ordered a 1gig data package. However call centre agent signed me uo for a 10gug data package. a week after recieving and activation of my package unaware of wrong package that ive been signed up fr. Cell c disconnects my data plan, claiming that it ws heir mistake and that the correct data wikl b activated.till today I have no data but has R1400 debited from ny account. Ive lodged a case since jan first week abd received no feedbak til nw. iv neva experienced such inconpetenc wit my prev contracts wit other companies.
